Q: What exactly happens on the truck?
A: Guests board our mobile scent lab, “Big Blue,” for a one-of-a-kind custom scent experience. You’ll explore our curated fragrance library, blend a signature scent with the help of our Aromatenders, and enjoy a scenic ride through Music City. Each guest receives a 10ml travel atomizer of their custom fragrance at the end of the ride.
Q: How long is the experience?
A: Each session lasts 45 minutes total, including:
• 5 minutes for boarding and welcome
• 35 minutes for the ride and scent-blending
• 5 minutes for wrap-up and unloading
Please arrive on time so you don’t miss a thing—we start promptly.
Q: What if I’m running late?
A: We offer a 5-minute grace period. After that, we may not be able to accommodate your experience. If you arrive during the grace period, your session will be shortened to avoid delaying the next scheduled group. No refunds are available for late arrivals.
Q: How do I book a ride?
A: Appointments are booked exclusively through our website. Each session is limited to 10 guests total to ensure a personalized, immersive experience.
Q: What’s the cost?
A: Each experience is $65 per person, which includes a guided blending session, the ride, and your custom 10ml fragrance to take home.
Q: What’s the refund policy?
A: Because this is a custom-made product, we do not offer refunds. If you’re unhappy with your final scent, we offer one complimentary reblend.
