Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy When you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time exclusively for you. If you arrive late, that’s okay! We offer a 10-minute grace period to ensure you have enough time to enjoy your experience. After that, you will be considered a walk-in and will be accommodated at the discretion of the on-duty aromatender. To keep our schedule running smoothly, we may need to shorten your blending time to ensure we can prepare your products and accommodate other scheduled appointments. As most of our locations are in downtown areas, we highly recommend allowing extra time to find parking and locate our store. Parking recommendations for each location can be found on our FAQ page, along with other useful information regarding your visit. We look forward to blending with you and your guests! For Chicago Guests: Please note that our system currently operates on Eastern Time (ET) for all appointment bookings. For Chicago appointments, please disregard the time zone displayed in the system. If your appointment is booked for 11:00 am ET, it will be for 11:00 am Central Time. We apologize for any confusion this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this.
