We’re looking for a people-focused leader to help The Aroma Labs grow across multiple locations.

Lead & develop teams: Coach Store Leads and build a positive, accountable culture.

Drive performance: Support sales, operations, and team performance across locations.

Protect the guest experience: Keep the Aroma Labs experience consistent, welcoming, and exceptional.

Travel & collaborate: Visit assigned locations regularly and work closely with Store Leads and leadership.
