Enrollment for the first members of The Scent Circle starts July 18. Founding members help shape the community from the very beginning: the gatherings, the scents, the direction.
Membership availability is limited by location to preserve the intimacy of our gatherings. Claim your spot early.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
How long does membership last?
Twelve months from your enrollment date. It renews annually unless you cancel before renewal.
Can I use my discount online?
At this time, the member discount applies to in-store purchases only. You'll show your membership card at checkout (or we can look you up). It's applied when your membership is active, no code needed.
How do I redeem my birthday roller?
Visit any Aroma Labs boutique during your birthday month to create and redeem your custom roller. We recommend booking ahead to guarantee your preferred time.
Can I bring guests to gatherings?
Most gatherings are reserved for active members. Certain events may include guest opportunities — those will be noted when you receive your invite.
Is membership transferable?
No. Your Scent Circle membership is reserved for you. The $50 gift certificate, though, that one's meant to be shared with someone new.
What's the refund policy?
Membership fees are non-refundable after 7 days of enrollment.
